Introduction
Sexual Harassment is a violation of women’s rights and dignity. Complying with the directives of the statutory bodies the Yenepoya (Deemed to be University) has established Internal Complaints Committee (Committee on prevention of sexual harassment at workplace), to promote congenial environment to the faculty, staff and students of the institution.
Aims and Objectives of The Committee
1. To promote awareness about sexual harassment
2. To advise on mechanisms for improving safety of women
3. To redress sexual harassment complaints in a time bound manner
