Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry(APAAR)

All students of Yenepoya (Deemed to be University) are requested to create an APAAR ID and update it to the university as soon as possible.

Where to create APAAR ID?

• Login to your Digilocker account. If you don’t have an account create through this link - https://www.yenepoya.edu.in/nad-dig-locker.php
• Search for APAAR.
• Click on APAAR ID Card.
• Select Identity type as the Enrollment Number
• Enter Campus Id as Identity value
• Select Enrollment year as Admission Year.
• Select “Yenepoya” as the Institution name.
• Click on Get Document.

A unique APAAR ID Will be created. Note down the APAAR ID and update it to your college.

What is next after creating APAAR ID?

Once your APAAR ID is created, you should update the university about your APAAR ID. Go to this link https://forms.gle/SQtQMeAi7jc13n6cA Carefully fill up all the required information and submit it to us. You must use your official email account(CampusID@Yenepoya.edu.in) to update the above Google form.
